Lighting Zone Electronic, Co LTD warranties Indoor LED Signs 2 years parts and labor. Products are to be returned to Lighting Zone Electronic, Co LTD at customer’s expense. Lighting Zone Electronic, Co LTD determines if the best option is repair or replacement of the defective product. Customer agrees to pay return freight, materials, and labor required if product is out of original warranty period. Our Outdoor LED Signs parts are guaranteed for 5 years, not including labor. Lighting Zone Electronic, Co LTD is not liable for damage due to improper installation or usage of LED displays. Acts of God, neglect, or abuse of products will automatically void product warranty.
